Welcome to the National Association
of Golf Coaches and Educators. NAGCE was created to serve as a valuable
resource that will make a coach's job easier and more productive. The
real winners in this program are the boys and girls positively affected
via their first exposure to the game of golf through a NAGCE Certified
Coach. Our motto, "training those who impact golf's future,"
specifically pertains to developing a child's character, integrity,
honesty, and respect for others by promoting the intrinsic values found
in this great game.
NAGCE offers its Program Members three major benefits: 1. The ability to enhance their coaching position by providing them with a forum/clearinghouse never before available to the tens of thousands of coaches, counselors and teachers who mentor juniors and administer golf programs. 2. Become a "NAGCE Certified" Golf Coach. 3. Assistance from NAGCE Staff Instructors (PGA and LPGA Members) who will conduct the Certification Workshops and assist coaches during their golf season with their training aids and instructional material. Our goal is for coaches to benefit through personal and professional growth, while affecting countless juniors during their service. We also hope that by supporting NAGCE, sponsors will reap the rewards for community involvement. |
